Shipping policy
We ship all items via either UPS or FedEx ground. Once your order shipped, you will get an email notification with tracking information. Insurance is covered up to $100 per box. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for in-transit damage. Please consider this policy carefully before making a purchase. If you’d like to include additional insurance, please let us know during checkout via the comments section and we can let you know of additional insurance add-on options. Most shipping companies will offer insurance, so upon receipt, please look it over carefully because after you take it you cannot file a claim.
